I might be blind but I don’t see the option to temporarily disable a customer. For example if a client has not paid I would like to disable access for that client to any of his mailboxes. I do not want to permanently delete the user just disable him until such time he has paid.

There isn’t a “disable” company option in CloudPanel. One thing you can do is just disable all the user accounts which you can do in bulk in the latest version of CloudPanel (not sure what version you are on)
