I can create new Contacts in panel and it says success but it do not show up in cloud panel. But if i go in to AD or Exchange the contact is there.
I have tied an do the Migration Updates and it says success. But the contacts do not appear in the panel.

After you create a contact and it doesn’t show in CLoudPanel can you send me the logs from the Logs directory?
I haven’t seen that happen before. What verison are you on? Look in Programs & Features
