Within CloudPanael Setup you have to apply a username and password for Notifications. Explanations tells “You can leave this blank …”
We don`t need a user to send e-mails internaly.
ErrorMessage:
Please correct the following errors and try again:
Notifications Mail Username is required.
Notifications Mail Password is required.

The support notifications require a username and password because it may email external emails due to the forgot password function. So a username and password is required. I understand you may have a receive connector setup to allow anonymous relays but CloudPanel still requires credentials. You can try to enter fake credentials if you want.
