Out Cloudpanel is loading very slow when you try to access it the first time – afterwards its very fast, but every time i try to access it for the first time when i open the browser its very slow.
Any suggestions?

The first time load process is always slower and we are working on resolving that in future versions. What you can do is adjust the application pool settings to prevent it from stopping all the time. Go to IIS and find the application pool for CloudPanel and choose Advanced Settings. Change the idle time from 20 to 0 and adjust the “Start Mode” to AlwaysRunning. At the bottom change the “Regular Time Interval (minutes)” to 0:
