Sorry Jacob, I got another issue.
I looked into the CloudPanel log and I can see that there is no issues with creating the Customer containers in AD, however there appears to be an issue loading the Company overview.
I receive the following:
‘Error getting company overview page for 4WSL: System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no matching element
at System.Linq.Enumerable.Single[TSource](IEnumerable`1 source, Func`2 predicate) at CloudPanel.Modules.OverviewModule.<.ctor>b__1_0(Object _)’
The same applies to another company we created. Any ideas?

Have you created any mailbox plans?

Exchange has been disabled as we do not use Exchange in this shared environment.

As a test can you enable Exchange in the settings and create a mailbox plan to see if that fixes the error?

Thanks for your assistance. I needed to create a company plan. I understand that this would have been resolved if I read your KB on installing CloudPanel properly, apologies.

That is weird because you shouldn’t have been able to create a company without a plan. I’m going to have to look into that.
