[Solved] Cannot add a user

Hello

I have added a company and a domain enabled it for Exchange but when I try to add a user I get : This domain does not belong to the company.

Allow duplicate Domains was not enabled. I think that I forgot to associate a plan to this company and it worked after I did that. Thanks for responding quickly.

Can you attach the log files for CloudPanel?  Also check your settings for CloudPanel to see if you have the “Allow Duplicate domains” enabled or not please
