I get no choice options if I click the “spam” button in the new Cloud Panel?

Where are you seeing this button? Are you talking about under “Features”? The spam feature is for Mailprotector only which you have to sign up for their service.

If you go to the settings page you can fill out the settings information for Mailprotector if you want to give it a try
