Bulk modification on multiple users fails with messages: “The best overloaded method match for ‘CloudPanel.Exchange.Exch2010.Set_MailboxPlan(string, CloudPanel.Base.Models.Database.Plans_ExchangeMailbox, int)’ has some invalid arguments “

Bulk modification on a single user failes with message: “Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx). “

I am unsure how to provide the version on cloudpanel currently installed. I cannot find the version displayed anywhere.

The update fixed the issue for Troy but another issue turned up since he has been running CloudPanel for so long.

The new problem was resolved with:? http://knowmoreit.com/kb/troubleshooting/after-updating-to-3-1-1001-from-an-earlier-version-you-cannot-create-or-update-users-invalid-object-name-users/

The version number should be displayed in the settings page or in your Programs and Features.

Are you running Exchange 2010 or 2013?

Ah – The version is 3.1.0901 and We are using Exchange 2013.

Do you have it set to Exchange 2013 in the settings page of CloudPanel? Also I would have to look back but i’m pretty sure this was resolved in a newer version.

The following is from my settings configuration. Unsure if it is correct;

ExchangeVersion “20135”

Back in 3.1.0905 bulk updates were completely redone:

(From Release Notes)
*Bulk import performance has been increased and better feedback is provided at the end
*Made massive improvement on bulk modifications. Bulk modification is now located under the Users section and allows you to bulk update user attributes as well as Exchange values

There were bug fixes in the next versions too.

Great. In that case I’ll just upgrade to the latest version now and see how I go. Thanks

Hi jacob – How does one get to the settings page within cloudpanel? I need to upgrade the database according to the upgrade guide but I cannot find any way to get there.

The database will attempt to upgrade when the application starts on IIS. You can check the log files to make sure it upgraded if you want but you can just simply login after the upgrade
