[Solved] auto-mapping enabled button

Hi Jacob,

Today I have tested with the auto-mapping enable option in cloudpanel. (IE and Chrome)
It seems that when unchecked, the mailbox does not indeed appear. But when checking the option in cloudpanel, the option is still checked.
upon unchecking (again) and checking it, then saving (thus for the mailbox to appear auto) it does not appear.
Can you check this out may be?

when I add the mailbox manually in outlook it does seem to work fully.

The automapping checkbox doesn’t show you who or who isn’t set for automapping. That checkbox only applies to NEW users being added. The reason for this is because you cannot adjust that setting in Exchange after it has been set (you have to remove the permission and add it back).
