[Solved] ADSync is not working anymore.
Hi, we have issue with password sync from AD Controller to CP.
Sync Service was reinstalled to latest release, but sync is not replication, log file attached.
Your CloudPanel is not responding to request from the service because the service is getting a status code 0. To troubleshoot, you will need to put CloudPanel in debug mode ( https://kb.knowmoreit.io/en/enable-debug-mode) and see if we see any logs from that end.
I’ve seen status code 0 mean a few things, but usually it comes down to network connectivity such as not being able to connect, or something in the middle that is inspecting and messing up the traffic when it tries to reach out to CloudPanel’s API.
At the end of your log file, this message is concerning: “Error starting service: System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.” I would first make sure the registry key is correct and they were not all converted to STRINGS, because they should be DWORDS:
Also, I would make sure your URL is correct: https://kb.knowmoreit.io/en/integrations-adsync#service-will-not-start . If your CloudPanel is installed to a virtual directory (which is default) then you need to make sure you put /cloudpanel at the end. IE: https://domain.tld/cloudpanel instead of just https://domain.tld.
