active sync dont work
Hello,
i have create a mailbox so when i try connect a mobile and i have this error: unable to connect
in mailbox the ativesync is actived why?
This is more an Exchange question and not CloudPanel. If you set the plan to enable ActiveSync and the mailbox shows its activated then something else must be wrong on your environment.
If I were you I would use this tool to test everything:

my primary domain work correctly
exemple if my server name is exchange.lolo.net all my activesync with lolo.net work but if the domain is cdudu.com doesnt not work
