Domain Overview / SPLA Report

Hello

We need an overview of all domains that we have in Cloudpanel with all customers. Is there a report which has this information in it? Or where can we see that?

Second thing ist, when we want to create the SPLA report, we get an empty csv, and as a pdf an error 500.

Version: 3.2.1022.0

Different Tenants or companies have the same contacts

Hi,

We have different tenants which have some similar contacts, for example con@test.com, so for the tenant which added the contact first everything works fine, but when another tenant adds the same contact the _companycode of this tenant is added, so the address becomes con_comopanycode@test.com which is causing mail delivery failure "Remote Server returned '550 5.1.10 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipientNotFound; Recipient not found by SMTP address lookup"

Is there any solution to this?

Missing "Add User" Button

Hello,

We are running Version 3.2.368.0 of Cloudpanel on our server.
The license automatically renewed over the Christmas break, but I've come back to find that the button to add users to a company has disappeared.

I have set the Company plan to 7 users/ mailboxes and they only have 5 existing accounts but the option to add user is not appearing.

I have tried with several companies in our tenant to no avail.
I have flush cookies and tried other browsers & pc's but the issue still occurs.
I have restarted the process on the server.

I have noticed the License shows it's licensed for 250 users and we have over 360 in the Exchange, I've been advised that we pay for the additional users above the 250, but could that be the cause?

AD Sync with different Customers on same AD server

We have a shared AD Server with different customers on it.

Is there a way to sync just an OU (with users of this customer in it) to the cloud panel instead of all users?

Also we would need for several customers on this server syncing with different cloud panel accounts.

AD Sync with Entra

Is there a way to also sync the credentials with MS Entra?

Also is there a way to sync to an AD which has different customers on it and select just some OU for the sync to HEX instead of all users? Also there would be different customers on the AD which have different HEX accounts to sync with.

Cannot add users in their domain. Server error 500

Sequence contains more than one matching element

I get the same error trying to edit the AllUsers sec group in the control panel. No other groups impacted.
